congratulations Harry,

Very interesting introduction, you wrote.

Reminds me of Art-Brut, and the consequent development of Outsider/Folk art.

I like the courage of your language - the fact that you are not scared to use words such as "fuck", etc. - the language of the street, if you will...

crescent, thanks for your support!

reminds me of just about every personal/representative story told…. trauma to trauma, birth to trauma to death, art-brut to psycho-art, art dealer to art dealer, etc. (did I mention love in there, somewhere?)

The F, C, S, word thing (that seven word George Carlin rant), yeah, it irritates me and others to see them waiting to be tripped over. I usually ignore them if they pop up in my material, it might just be a found object rock or (higher power) that landed unintentionally.

cheers, harry

Hi Harry

I actually love the word "fuck". It's an extremely flexible word. Quite, why it has become so offensive, is fascinating in its self. Why is sex so awful anyway??

If you get told to F**k off, then you are getting told to "sex-act" go away. Is that actually offensive?

Yes, found objects - I hear this word and many others on the street - accepted as every day language, so it flows into my text/art.

French Connection (clothes retailer) have many clothes in UK with "FCUK" written on them! This is a brand to aspire to! A multifaceted word!!

These words tell us much about ourselves - the human condition :)

Cheers!
